Product design integration with a loyalty program.
“Fidilio” is the go-to app of guide and review for restaurants and cafes in Iran. With more than a decade of activity, It has been one of the earliest startups in the country that has developed a precious userbase.
Our job was to integrate a loyalty program service into the already-existing product design of Fidilio mobile solution and deliver the best user experience possible.
The integration was a challenging task due to the complicated user journey and the need to keep the new interface components consistent with the design.
We used most of the loyalty program API endpoints and re-defined them in the product with thoughtful experience design, UX writing, and UI developments.
A variety of rewards and an engaging scoring system was designed that made the significant role of a thorough user onboarding experience crucial as well.
